This Privacy Policy explains how the Coffs Asian Essentials mobile app ("the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. The app is operated by Coffs Asian Essentials, Jack Simmons Walk Through Arcade, Office 2 Vernon St, Coffs Harbour NSW 2450, Australia.

The app uses your device camera only to scan loyalty QR codes at the store counter. Camera images are processed on-device and are not stored, transmitted, or retained.
We use the information above solely to operate the loyalty programme, show your stamp balance and rewards, display store specials, and (if enabled) send you notifications. We do not sell your data, and we do not use advertising or tracking SDKs.
The app displays publicly available AUD→PHP money-transfer rates (RIA, MoneyGram, Western Union) for information only. We are not affiliated with these providers and do not process any money transfer or collect financial information through the app.
Account and loyalty data is stored securely using Supabase (a hosted Postgres database provider) and transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Access is restricted to authorised store staff.
We do not share your personal information with third parties except our infrastructure provider (Supabase) strictly to operate the app, or where required by law.
We retain your loyalty data while your account is active. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. See Delete Your Account for the deletion process, or email us at the address below. We action deletion requests within 30 days.
The app is intended for general store customers and is not directed at children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
